Parts Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

Location: Missoula, Montana

Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

I-State Truck Center is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Parts Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Missoula, Montana team.

This position plays a key role in supporting our customers and technicians by ensuring accurate, timely parts deliveries while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse. What You'll Do

Delivery Responsibilities

  • Deliver parts to local customers in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
  • Load and unload parts for delivery routes.
  • Return completed paperwork and delivery documentation to the appropriate locations.
  • Assist with customer core returns and parts returns.
  • Represent I-State Truck Center professionally while serving as a key point of contact for customers.

Warehouse Responsibilities

  • Check in, receive, and put away incoming parts and freight.
  • Pull and stage parts for customer orders and monthly returns.
  • Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
  • Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Complete daily warehouse trash removal and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Assist warehouse staff with projects and operational needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Required

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.

Preferred

  • Previous delivery driving experience.
  • Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
  • Familiarity with heavy-duty truck parts or diesel industry operations.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Forklift experience a plus.
  • CDL is preferred but not required.
